Activation Fee Details
Understanding our activation fee structure for unscheduled and emergency requests
Pre-scheduled Sessions
- No activation fee
- Book at least 24 hours in advance
- Guaranteed consultant availability
Unscheduled Requests
- €30 activation fee
- Ad-hoc calls, emails, or chat messages
- Best effort availability (usually within hours)
Emergency Calls
For urgent matters requiring immediate attention:
- +€30 if a call is both short-notice and urgent
- Monthly retainer clients get 2 emergency calls included
- Annual retainer clients get priority response
Why do we charge activation fees? Activation fees help us maintain availability for urgent requests while encouraging advance scheduling for better resource allocation. Even brief queries require us to context switch, which impacts our workflow and other clients.
